Baja Fresh Restaurant

Essex Commercial Construction completed the construction of this 3,600 square foot Baja Fresh restaurant in East Brunswick, New Jersey in October of 2003. The building was originally a Wendy's restaurant, prior to extensive renovation, which included the complete removal of the interior slab, restructuring of the shell and interior space, and all new electrical and mechanical systems.
