High Hopes Riding Facility

Essex Commercial Construction was proud to be the contractor for the expansion at High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Inc., in Old Lyme. The scope of work included the addition of 4,000 square feet of new office space, a therapy room, class room, and kitchen. 2,500 square feet of the existing space was remodeled with all new mechanical systems, electrical systems and fire protection. The site was landscaped, and a new parking lot was built. All of the work was conducted with minimal impact to the therapeutic riding programs at High Hopes.
